1. What is the origin of the hair?

=> Our hair is sourced ethically from Vietnamese women fairly and freely, 85% of the raw hair in stock is vietnamese hair, the rest is imported hair from malaysia, cambodia,etc. (not always in-stock)

2. What is the difference between Virgin and Remy?

We offer Virgin hair and Remy hair. Here are some factors of hair you should consider when you purchasing hair Virgin or Remy:

Virgin	Remy
– Raw Hair – 100% Human Hair – Single donor ~ 40~50 grams / bundle, or 3-4  donors in a bundle ~ 100 grams – Cuticle aligned hair: same direction naturally – Good for coloring (bright colors)	– Raw Hair – 100% Human Hair – Multiple donors => affordable price – Cuticle aligned hair: same direction manually – Good for coloring dark hair.

3. Is your hair chemically processed?

=> Our hair comes naturally straight, other texture is processed chemically and manually with perm, hot steam, etc.

4. Is your hair cuticle aligned?

=> Yes, it’s sourced ethically from Vietnamese women fairly and freely. 

5. Can the hair be bleached and dyed?

=> Yes, our natural hair color is black #1B, it can be bleach up to #613 (1~2 times to get the fines tone)

6. What are the textures and inches you offer?

=> We offer from 8-32 inches, with all kinds of texture. We can send you catalog to see more texture we can have 

7. Is your hair single or double donor? 

=> We offer single donor and also multi-donors (for more details about this, we would love to send you via Whatsapp or email.

8. What is your MOQ?

=> Our MOQ is 0.5 kg. we can accept order sample less than 500 grams of hair

9. Who is your shipping agent?

=> We do worldwide shipping with UPS, FedEx, DHL agents.

10. What is your shipping cost?

=> We can send you a list of shipping charges (specific to package weight). The shipping fee list is attached below.

11. What kind of payment methods does your company accept?

=> We accept some reliable & secure payment methods below:

– Western Union / Moneygram

– Bank Transfer

– Paypal (5% payment fee)

            *Note: Bank transfer fee, Western Union fee, intermediary bank fee, or any other funds transfer fees are the client’s responsibility; we will only acknowledge the amount that is deposited into our bank account.

12. Do you offer logo or private label services?

=> We can make logo/label (available) printing service for regular customers and hair business purchasing hair with our company (with good offer).

14. How to place order

The order will be processed once you pay the first 50%, then you can pay the balance before shipping. We will send you the picture and video when the order is done and ready to ship. An order is placed following steps below:

1. After receiving your order list, we will send you an email including the quotation details, pictures and videos that confirm everything about quantity, colors, texture of the order. 
2. After making an agreement on the price, the proforma invoice is sent to you via email to confirm the order again including pictures of hair color, texture,  the pricing, the shipping cost & payment fee.
3. The hair will be processed as soon as the payment is made.
4. The hair process takes within 7-10 days, and shipping takes 5-7 days more.
